Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Recruiter to working in in-house recruiting who brings experience in this field.
This is a 12 months contract with possibility of extension.
Main responsibilities
- Manage the whole recruitment process from a to z
- Identify and hire the right candidates for our business
- Build relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners
- Work closely with colleagues in other HR teams
- Make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
Your skills:
- Min. 5 years' experience in recruiting (Senior Recruiter)
- Very good communication skills
- German & English is a must
- Risk / Compliance area experience is a plus
