Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a C# Developer Azure to support in the area of Business Automations - Central Robotics Process Automation (RPA).

This is a 6 months contract + extension.

Main responsibilities

• Be part of a fast pace development team building and migrating to the modern IT application in the area of Business Automations - Central Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
• Strong desire to join our Microsoft Azure cloud journey
• Work hand in hand with your colleagues on implementing key features
  take ownership and drive deliveries within a supportive team environment
• Work closely with other team members or stakeholders globally and collaborate with other teams to deliver full front to back solution
• Be highly committed, and be able to build very close working relationships with both the business and support teams
• Be comfortable within a fast-moving agile team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills

Your skills:

• Previous experience as software developer and excellent programming skills in C#, .Net, Javascript (Angular / React)
• Practical knowledge of the various Azure services
• Experience in containers and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of RESTful API/services
• Solid MSSQL database knowledge
• Continuous integration CI/CD including tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity etc.
• Produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing
• A good team player with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
• Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to the organization
• Experience with data visualization tools e.g.: Tableau, Power BI (nice to have)
• Ability to communicate in English at all levels of the organization, from user requirements into technical specifications
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
