Overview of contract:

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Client Communications Specialist to join a fun and vibrant team. In this role, you support and coordinate the production of client letters and related enclosures.

This is a fixed term contract for 2 years starting June 2024.

Main responsibilities:

• Advise and support internal stakeholders in producing client communications and guide them through the production
• process, supporting documents, and guidelines
• Verify tone of voice and layout of client letters and related enclosures such as brochures, fact sheets, and forms according to CI/CD guidelines
• Edit texts in German and English
• Coordinate translations and proofreadings with external providers, review and align language versions (EN, DE, ES, FR, and IT)
• Manage and update various client letter templates in five languages
• Maintain and update production process documentation and supporting material
• Provide Language Services team with input for terminology database and language guidelines

Your expertise:

• University degree (bachelor or master) in communications or linguistics Work experience in the financial industry and/or in a communications role
• Strong emphasis on service orientation and rapid perception
• Reliable, structured way of working with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• High degree of flexibility and commitment
• A team-oriented and resilient personality with excellent social skills and poise
• Fluency in English and German (one of them native), good knowledge of additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) is an asset
