Who I am and how I can help you:

I started my career as a sales & marketing manager before joining the Experis Switzerland team in 2016. The knowledge I gained from this first experience is very useful in my recruitment career. In sales as well as in recruitment, listening and taking care of people are really important. Every candidate/customer is unique and would like to be treated as such. The interesting thing about recruiting is to get to know the candidates, learn about their careers and help them achieve their professional goals. Mutual trust plays an important role here.

I see every candidate as a new exciting challenge and I am only satisfied when customers and candidates are happy to have found each other.

When it comes to recruitment, it is important to understand which candidate is the right fit for a company and vice versa. It is not a matter of placing someone in a company overnight, but offering the best possible opportunities to the candidate as well as the customer and to enable a long-term relationship between them in the professional world.
