Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Trust Administrator to support Senior Trust Officers with the day-to-day business.
This is a 12-month contract based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Active administrative support to the Trust Officers in the day-to-day administration of structures, and the transfer in of new structures
- Opening/updating of new mandates in the data system ViewPoint as well as the scanning of documents
- Opening of physical files and filing of documents
- Preparation of payment instructions and checklists including in the context of distributions/revocations
- Opening of bank accounts
- General administrative tasks related to the administration of the mandates
- Closing/archiving of terminated / transferred mandates
Your skills:
- A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Trust Administration is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in banking or fiduciary with a focus on Trust Administration.
- Knowledge of ViewPoint
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in both English and German
