For this assignment based in Turgi, we are in search of an English- and German-speaking candidate who is available in a short notice. Overview of the project:
- First level support of the IT interface to the logistics service providers
- Supervision of the operational logistics structures
- Ensuring the services agreed with external logistics partners according to the defined service level
- Analysis, optimization and further development of the logistics processes
- Creation of analyzes and statistical evaluations (e.g. in SAP, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI)
- Processing of claims
- Ensuring the flow of materials and information for Q reports
- Support of the annual inventory processes
- Further development of the logistics partners with regard to quality and cost efficiency
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Graduated from a higher technical college specializing in logistics, production technology and / or industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar work environment
- Convincing communication skills and strong ability to
work in a team
- Independent way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Very good SAP knowledge, all applications in the MM module (PLEASE HIGHLIGHT IN THE CV)
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Available immediately or less than 1 month notice period
