Project Manager Talent Management & Learning


Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Talent Management & Learning PM to join one of their clients, a well-known Swiss firm. For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are seeking for an English-speaking candidate who is available as of early January 2022.

Duration: 6 months with a possibility of further 6 months extension
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with the CoE Leader & the HR Transformation Lead as well as the Product & Processes Owners of the CoE
  • Drive coordination of product & process owners during process & products mapping and support in documentation in close collaboration with External suppliers and Product Portfolio Management
  • Verification of results of process & product inventory
  • Start applying the newly developed Governance Model in respective CoE
  • Act as a change agent & drive transformation and change of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning, Leadership, Engagement & Culture in line with overall transformation & change plan
  • Drives product development roadmap as well as the development of new products as part of the transformation phase, coordinates between process & product owners



Your Profile:

  • You bring degree in business administration as well as further training in HR management
  • You have previously worked on Group HR Level either in Talent Management or as HR BP
  • You are proficient in topics as Talent Management, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Culture & Engagement
  • Prior contribution to global transformation & change projects in HR
  • You bring Project Management experience, change /transformation management, analytical thinking, process driven mentality, strong organizational skills
  • You are self-driven, pragmatic person with strong communication and negotiating skills, active listening strengths
  • Ability to drive and contribute to the transformation and change
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SuccessFactors
  • Fluency in English and any other European language
