On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Test Manager who is able to develop a Test strategy to support the roll out of a number of applications currently in production.
Main responsibilities
- Develop a sustainable and successful test strategy and implement it
- Continuous improvement of all testing related processes
- Coordinate all test activities in the ongoing releases
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Define how specifications are captured for functional testing
- Ensure an efficient test coverage (test cases, test data, test approach)
- Manage execution of functional testing
- Generation of reports
Your skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in a leading role.
- Testing SME with strong leadership & excellent communication skills with the ability to enthuse & engage all members of the test, development and requirements engineer teams to enable implementation of best practices & processes
- Extensive knowledge about test processes / methodologies
- Experience in the financial industry
- Test automation experience & knowledge of test automation frameworks
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Problem solver, proactive, has an analytical mindset
