Test Analyst ( German-speaking)

We are looking for a Test Analyst to join this top consultancy on a permanent basis in Bern. You will work within a dynamic team and ideally have knowledge of both manual and automation testing and tools and are a fluent or native german-speaker.

Your role:

• Perform Business requirements analysis, design and execute tests in coordination with Business teams utilizing software solutions.
• Ensure team's activities, required documentation will follow testing governance processes defined in organization
• Keep regular communication with stakeholders and leverage overall organization's effort to deliver inside given timeliness
• Execute consistent and transparent reporting about progress of test activities and defect management
• Take active role to enhance service delivery level and focus on team's success.

Your experience and skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business service delivery environment
• Experience in a banking/ finance envirnment is a strong plus
• skills to manage activities related to testing and coordinate work with involved teams
• experience in working inside test environments and test management tools are beneficial ( both manual and automation)
• strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Fluent in both German and English
• open to challenges and self-motivated to perform.
