On behalf of our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Tender and Contract Manager, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team in Zug, Switzerland.

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Languages: Fluency in English. Italian, Spanish and French are an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of an effective tender response process, whilst engaging with local country teams to help shape tenders / bids with local procurement agencies
- Act as POC for tender / bid management activities with Europe
- Following up on T&C status and identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Designing and delivering training (on tender documents) to the BBU team + assisting the BBU team with highly complex T&C procedures
- Working in close collaboration with the legal team on tender / market access issues, e.g. involving litigation risks
- Ensuring competitive and compliance with EU procurement and competition laws
- Driving of pre-litigation phase + assessing and facilitating the effective legal phase
- Coordination of external stakeholder's pre-launch interaction needs + driving development of a common BBU library, as well as creating a competitive global tender dossier
- Creation of business cases and tender mapping
- Training of broader organisation in effective handling of contracts and interaction with tender authorities
Qualifications:
- Academic background: preferably Law
- 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector & logistics
- Communicative, detail-orientated and hard-working attitude
