Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an experienced Assistant to join our Client - international company.
Project details: This role provides administrative and general support to the senior management team.


Key Requirements:

  • Administrative support to the senior management team including maintenance of the calendar, travel organization, expense reimbursement
  • Actively support several of our executives and relieve them of their day-to-day business activities
  • Travel management, reliable coordination of appointments and careful planning of meetings
  • Expense reports
  • Ability to work independently



Your profile:

  • +3 years of Administration experience in an international and changing environment is crucial
  • Completed commercial training and experience in a similar position
  • Professional handling of clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication & organisation skills
  • Ability to handle complex organizational processes
  • Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
  • Languages: English; German. Both written & spoken.



Location: Zurich
Duration: 3 months contract
