Project details: This role provides administrative and general support to the senior management team.
- Administrative support to the senior management team including maintenance of the calendar, travel organization, expense reimbursement
- Actively support several of our executives and relieve them of their day-to-day business activities
- Travel management, reliable coordination of appointments and careful planning of meetings
- Expense reports
- Ability to work independently
- +3 years of Administration experience in an international and changing environment is crucial
- Completed commercial training and experience in a similar position
- Professional handling of clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication & organisation skills
- Ability to handle complex organizational processes
- Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to adapt quickly
- Languages: English; German. Both written & spoken.
Duration: 3 months contract
