Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant to support the enhancement of the of ESG factors for the Banks' Product Governance. The key tasks will be to prepare integration of developed changes into the bank's policy and guideline framework, design the adaptation of the control framework, support the enactment of revised policies and guidelines and accompany the activation and communication of changes to affected divisions and parties concerned
Main responsibilities
- Support Stream Lead Product Governance in elaboration of detailed business requirement in the field of product governance
- In particular writing policy and guidelines enhancements with ESG factors
- Support integration of developed changes into the bank's policy, guideline and control framework
- Alignment of the designed business solution between CRO, Legal, IWMS and Front Business on a working level
- Preparation of implementation and roll-out together with project team
- Support change management activities incl. preparation of training materials
Your skills:
- 5 -7 years of Project experience in international business environments
- A minimum of 1 year within a business implementation project at a private bank or in the Wealth Management sector
- Knowledge and experience in the area of Sustainability and its' related risks
- Proficient on key Swiss and European regulations and their impact onto the advisory value chain
- Experience in writing policies for a bank and definition of control framework
