Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Supporter Engineer (Level 3 - DevOps). Our client is a well-known company. It is a temporary assignment based in Lausanne, with a potential extension.

- Location: Lausanne
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months (an option for extension)
Your profile:
- Level 2/3 support of digital solutions for banking customers
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, release management)
- Knowledge of containerization and automation solutions (e.g. Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Jenkins, GIT)
- Preferably a background in a banking environment
- Degree in Computer Science/ IT or MIS
- Communicative personality
- Excellent French & English skills, German is an advantage
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Operational management (Incident, Change, Release, etc.)
- Implementation of DevOps concepts (e.g. CI/CD)
- Preferred technical point of contact internally and for customers (French and English)
- Update of technical documentation
