Supply Continuity Lead

Experis IT Switzerland is looking for a Supply Continuity Lead to join one of their clients based in Zurich for a temporary 12 months engagement.

Key responsibilities:
The main objectives of this position:

• Identify key entanglements, design and access detangling scenarios
• Align a separation plan internally and externally and execute it while securing supply continuity
• Provide problem solving and remove roadblocks during planning, alignment and execution phases

Your profile:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in supply/logistics in a management function
• Scientific graduate (BSc, MSc, PhD) with 10+ years in pharmaceutical environment
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in supply planning, artwork implementation and market authorization transfers at both operational and overarching capacities
• Minimum 10 years minimum accumulative experience in diverse skills and experience across various manufacturing and supply chain disciplines, including at senior leadership positions
• Advanced user in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated excellence in project and program management, change management and multiple projects in multinational environment and matrix organizations
• Demonstrated capability in effective communication with large range of supply chain professionals: at ease with details when working with artwork planning team and with senior supply chain leader to review high level plan and issues
• Strong leadership and self-direction, comfort and experience tackling ambiguous and complex problems. Must be able to lead and influence without authority
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with, focus, overcome resistance and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of cultures and disciplines
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Location: Zürich
Duration: 12 months contract with a high chance of further contract extension
Start date: middle of May 2021
