Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for Service Now Engineers who have excellent knowledge of best practices and features.

Skills Required:

• Highly skilled, senior, configurator / developer using Service Now (mandatory HR module (HRSD))
• Excellent knowledge of Service Now best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest Service Now features
• Preferably CSA and CIS-HR certified. Other CIS certifications are good to have.
• ability to estimate work effort efficiently and appropriately
• Successfully and proven delivery with SaaS project implementation / Service Now implementations in a scrum/agile approach
• Hands on experience of configuration management
• Solid background working with JavaScript, AngularJS and Bootstrap, SOAP and REST API connection, XML, HTML, CSS, and Web Services
