A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced automation engineer to join a renowned consultancy. Working in the development of Service Management solutions (ITSM), you will be responsible for integrating the ITSM systems in their platform. Responsibilities:

- Integrating Service Management systems to our client's platform

- Advising and further developing their ServiceNow tool

- Optimization and automation of processes within IT Service Management and Cloud Services

What you bring:

- Experience in process automation with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms

- Scripting experience

- Strong technical hands-on profile

- Nice to have: know-how in O365 integration and developing Service Now solutions

- Juniors, semi-seniors and senior profiles are welcomed

- B2 command of German
