On behalf of our client, an international SCM consultancy, we are looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team in Zurich, Switzerland.
Workload: 100%
Contract type: permanent
Location: Zurich
Languages: Fluency in German and English required.
Responsibilities:
- Leading of the implementation of tender initiatives and contract negotiation in the following fields: Professional Services, Consulting, Audit and Tax
- Maintenance of close relationships with external business partners & establishment of local supplier network
- Independent project management for multiple client accounts (procurement services)
- Coordination of the commercial, operational and legal aspects in a cross-functional team
- Support of internal procurement strategies and implementation of regional specifications
- International company sourcing team cooperation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in direct procurement of professional services (Consulting and other Personnel Services)
- Stakeholder Management know-how
- Experience in the area of contract negotiation and in dealing with external vendors
- Academic background in Purchasing / Supply Chain or similar
- IT: good command of e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer or similar) + MS-Office
- Proactive, flexible and client-focused personality with excellent communication skills
