Main Responsibilities:

• Work within an agile scrum team to implement various features and projects in the application landscape.
• As a business engineer, you are in a key role to ensure that the functional requirements are understood, documented and considered correctly in the implementation.
• Create and maintain the product documentation.
• Capture epics and user stories.
• Analyse new business requests and support the effort estimation of the team.
• Conduct business analyses and technical analyses.
• Advise business stakeholders.
• Support testing activities.
• Curate the product and business knowledge.

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

• Must have 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Business Engineering/Requirement Engineering in the Financial IT Industry
• Must have good understanding of Software Development Processes
• Must have practical SQL skills for Data Analysis
• Deep Understanding of Financial Products /Asset Classes (Equity /Bond)
• Expertise with Portfolio Management Systems and Advisory solution processes would be beneficial
• Hands-on Experience with UML and Enterprise Architect
• Knowhow knowledge of UI/UX Designs
• Experience with Legacy mainframe systems is a plus
• Experience with Basic Java code is a plus
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and Angular is a plus
• Must speak English, German is a plus
