Procurement Manager IT (70-100%)

Your tasks

  • You will plan, coordinate & oversee all the organisations procurement needs in the area of ​​IT (goods and services)
  • As Senior Procurement Manager, you ensure close coordination with internal stakeholders to achieve agreed strategic and operational goals
  • You will work closely with project managers on the client side and ensure timely procurement for projects
  • Execution of contract negotiations and the securing of contractual agreements
  • Execution of claim management in close cooperation with the legal department and the stakeholders
  • Compliance with the regulatory requirements in procurement and procurement law (BöB / VöB) is ensured by you
  • In addition, you are actively involved in setting up and expanding the Service Procurement team and the Procurement & Claim Management department

Your profile

  • You have a degree in Business Informatics (FH / Uni) or have a basic technical education in computer science, with training in business administration or purchasing
  • You have experience in obtaining complex IT solutions and / or services
  • You will be able to demonstrate successful, large-scale procurements, including contract design and negotiation, and have project management experience in complex organizations
  • Very good skills in MS Excel, Power Point and Word are required
  • For this position, we are looking for you with good analytical, conceptual and communicative skills to successfully implement complex and networked tasks
  • FLUENT German language skills are mandatory,good knowledge of French and English are beneficial
