On behalf of our client, a well-known building manufacturing company, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality as SAP Process Manager SD. This permanent position will be based in Volketswil.
Missions:
- Design and optimization of business processes
- Monitoring, analysis and optimization of processes with SAP SD
- Support and training of key user SD (second level support)
- Documentation of processes and creation of training documents
- Management of projects and sub-projects in the area of sales
- Conducting audits and process quality analyzes
Profile:
- Business education with further training in process management
- Experience in process management
- SAP and CRM knowledge in sales
- German is mandatory and French as a strong advantage
- Very good knowledge of Excel
