- Completed studies or commercial training with sound professional and project experience
- PM experience (purchasing or facility management)
- Professional communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Business fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel on business (approx. 5%)
- Secure handling of MS PowerPoint and Excel
Tasks:
- Tracking of 7 IFM (Integrated Facility Management) workstreams
- Follow-up with workstream leads and stakeholders
- Creation and regular updates of action plans (responsibilities, milestones, deadlines and timelines) and distribution within the
