Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we have a 6 month Project Management role within the HR Transformation team. The role will support a continuously changing range of assignments and will interact with stakeholders from HR, HRIT and beyond.

This is a 6 month assignment with the potential for an extension or possibly a permanent position in the future.

Main responsibilities

• Ongoing PMO support for a collection of multiple strategic initiatives with different senior sponsors and project teams. Activities include:
  • monthly status report collection and quality assurance
  • collaboration with the different project teams on selected topics to ensure alignment
  • aggregation of key management information
  • support of the overarching communication plan and measures
• Provide hands on project management support and leadership for assigned projects and initiatives within the framework of the People Strategy program
• Provide end-to-end project management support from the initial scope definition all the way through planning, design, delivery and closure.
• Support senior stakeholders with topic specific research and insights
• Develop strategy concepts, presentations and communications fit for senior management reviews

Your skills:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, and execution in large international organizations
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to break complex business and technology concepts down into manageable work packages and establish a clear and agreed critical path and outcome
• Excellent English language skills
• Previous experience with transformation and change programs would be highly beneficial
• Experience with human capital management processes and technology is a plus
