On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Contingent Workforce Lead with English and German language skills.

Overview of the project:

  • Be part of a global function with responsibility for both oversight of the Regional Managed Services Program (MSP) executing the contractor lifecycle management and work globally across various aspects of Credit Suisse Workforce Management Team and mandate

Responsibilities:

  • Regional MSP Oversight
  • Work in partnership with the Switzerland Regional MSP teams
  • Ensure compliance with Contingent Worker (CWR) processes and policies
  • Manage / resolve issues related to CWR program

Support on-going CWR policy & process education for internal groups and control functions

  • Provide oversight & support to onsite Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements and track Key Performance Indicator results, pertaining to the Contractor life cycle, from Sourcing and On-boarding, Contract Extensions, Rate Management and Off-boarding
  • Coordinate with the MSP to ensure processes and policies are adhered to in accordance with regional & regulatory requirements
  • Addressing customer concerns and problem-solving opportunities on a various topics and with a range of partners relating to the outsourced Contractor Service Desk (CSD) program, contractor management and MSP service delivery Workforce Management
  • Collaborate with Global counterparts to ensure outstanding utilization of team proprietary analytical and measurement tools based on data and insight
  • Seek opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to current data process, from collection to analysis & presentation
  • Support driving correct contingent worker classification aligning to the bank's definitions
  • Develop operational awareness in sourcing related policies, category strategies & processes across all CWR categories
  • Manage supply chain optimization activities across CWR categories as to better service divisional and/or regional partners
  • Provide analytical support to regional teams in delivering program metrics to Executive Leadership including spend and headcount analysis, trends, cost savings / avoidance, rate card analysis, supplier performance, SLA/key
  • performance tracking, and other opportunities for efficiency across Workforce Management function

Skills:

  • At least 8 + years of professional experience working within a high volume, high demand recruitment or contractor/outsourcing environment
  • Detailed understanding of Swiss legal & regulatory requirements regarding contingent workers i.e. co-employment risk, background screening & on-boarding
  • Ability to build positive relationships & partner with global teams at all levels of the company including senior management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, project management, organizational, critical thinking skills and excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to learn in a multicultural environment

  • Result oriented, hardworking, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo
  • Experience working effectively across divisional lines in a complex and fast paced organization
  • Ability to deliver highly sophisticated MS Excel & PowerPoint presentations both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis under tight deadlines
  • English fluency is a must and German advanced skills
