Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Governance Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The consultant will:

- Provide logistical and administrative support to prepare various meetings.

- Produce Secretariat documentation to assist Team Members as they assess funding applications and grants, including preparing presentations and ensuring extranets for external partners are up to date.

- Provide plenary support for meetings.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• At least two years' professional experience
• Experience working in a service-oriented, team-based setting;
• Experience working in a multicultural environment;
• Proven project management experience;
• Fully competent with IT skills;
• Experience independently drafting and finalizing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple work streams
• Written and spoken fluency in English
