Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will need to design and build Business Intelligence solutions in Tableau and Excel.
The candidate must be capable of working with a diverse group of stakeholders, perform high quality and detailed quantitative analysis, develop analytical processes using Tableau and Excel, and present analysis and results in a meaningful and intuitive format to drive decision-making.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- University education in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology or any equivalent with a strong quantitative component.
- Proven experience in delivering business intelligence solutions or data analysis for decision-making
- Professional experience in data analysis, visualization and presentation, dashboard design and delivery
- Experience in performing data quality checks or data cleaning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization
- Significant experience using Tableau for development of business intelligence tools
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with R (including R Shiny and R Markdown) or other statistical programming
- Excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
