What is it you'll have to do?
Provide L1/L2 Support for a production site.
Your specific background:
- Several years of experience in a production environment providing IT support for several hundred clients
- +5 years of experience providing technical support
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian/English: language skills are key for this role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- You must hold either a Swiss or an EU passport and are already based in Zurich to be considered for this role
