TCP/IP Engineer (Spanning tree, arp request, mac address)

On behalf of our client, a IT Swiss Networks & Security infratructures provider, we are looking for an TCP/IP Support Engineer, based in Dubendorf.

Missions:

• Operation of network, security and storage solutions in the enterprise environment
• Analyze and solve problems in the area of network, security and storage
• Development, operation and further development of the platforms in the managed service
• Changes and hardware replacement at the customer
• Independent administration of the Managed Service Infrastructure

Profile:

• Professional experience in the area of IT Support & Ticketing systems , ideally in Security and Network
• Experience with TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, Arp Request, Mac Address, etc.
• Computer science degree or comparable training
• Fluent German and English, French as an advantage
• Service concept and strong ability to work in a team
• Curiosity about technology
