IT Service Delivery Manager - Cyber Security/ Data Protection

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager with knowledge of Cyber Security and Data Protection to ensure the delivery of security solutions to the business
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering security solutions that have been developed by security engineers and ensuring that defined processes, operation models and relevant documentation is all in place.
- Managing small projects with extensive co-ordination between the Cyber Security and Data Protection project managers
- Co-ordinating work between Server, Operating systems, Network and development groups.
- Providing the technical direction required to resolve complex issues to ensure the on-time delivery of solutions.
- Combining and understanding business needs and IT security requirements.
Required Skills
- 5 years' experience in security device installations, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of the following operating system platforms and databases: MS Windows, Linux, UNIX, MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL.
- Experience in Python or Perl scripting language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Project management capability, ideally with knowledge of ITIL processes incident, problem management and change requests.
- Experience and knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security and the ITSI module of Splunk would be highly beneficial.
- Experience with encryption technologies
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
