Brief job description:

In this role you will work side by side in the Juntos program, together with all other stream leads, to transform our common IT Infrastructure & Operation organization (technology, people and processes) towards a streamlined, multi-national and high-performance organization. You will work in the "technology" stream, taking over responsibility of our Atlassian (Confluence / Jira / Jira Service Management) migration from our BME environment towards our Global Zone SIX environment. You will be responsible for the whole Atlassian Migration Stream, including solution design, data migration, test scenarios, migration planning, testing and GoLive activities.

Besides the Atlassian migration you will also be part of our "application migration team" which takes over the responsibility to plan and execute multiple application migrations from BME business applications towards the standardized SIX Global Zone.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Atlassian (Jira / Confluence / Jira Service Management) migration stream to deliver:

• Migration plan, including data migration
• Responsible for the creation of the solution design, authorization concept, security documentation with the support of the individual technical teams
• Test scenarios and test plan (UAT testing)
• Bug tracking
• Production GoLive plan

Develop best practices for future application migration initiatives (we expect to migrate approximately 50-60 applications over the upcoming years)

• Take over responsibility for application migration packages

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

• Sound technical and organizational experience in application/infrastructure migration and application integration projects
• Good understanding of the Atlassian technology is a big plus
• Knowledge to use Jira as project tool (create bugs, tasks etc.)
• Technical background in IT (infrastructure or application integration)
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills (very good English and Spanish is mandatory)
• The ability to express opinions openly and honestly and provide feedback

Location:

• Ability to be onsite in Madrid Office Las Rozas (once a week in average)
