On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for IT Operations Engineer with very good understanding of Email Exchange.

Overview of the project:

• The candidate will be a member of a global team that has operation responsibilities for the firm's electronic communications retention and compliance systems.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be a key subject matter expert within our electronic communication compliance operations team that has technology responsibility for the ingestion, retention, supervision, and discovery capabilities across a broad range of data feeds that includes email, instant messaging, and all other related forms of electronic communications.
• Daily maintenance, scripting, troubleshooting, performing upgrades to ensure reliability, availability and performance that meet the high volume and accuracy needs of an international financial institution whilst honoring the complex and diverse legal and regulatory landscape.

Skills:

• Over 5 years of experience in similar IT Operations Engineering role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange both on premise 2016 and M365
• Strong PowerShell scripting
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating System up to and including version 2019
• Knowledge of email archiving systems i.e Enterprise Vault, Smarsh, ProofPoint (Nice to have)

• Ability to write SQL scripts (Nice to have)
