Description:
We are looking for a Senior Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager with strong knowledge in ITGC in a transition, transformation, carve-out project.
The successful candidate will apply comprehensive IS security knowledge and expertise to all IS activities in all IS process domains, especially BUILD and RUN, to meet global business needs and solve problems. He/She should be able to work independently: identify, propose, consult and implement existing IS security technology and IS solutions/ services on behalf of and as requested by our client. He/She will share expertise and, based on experience, guide others in implementation and operation with an understanding of existing IS security technology and business requirements.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in SOX ITGC compliance.
- Knowledge in implementation, compliance & reporting.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholdermanagement within all levels (IT, business, internal, external partners)
- Profound project management skills in a similar role, project planning, documentaion, track & check.
- English must, German nice to have.
