- 2nd and 3rd level support
- Ticketing
- Design, IP Management, Inventory
Background:
- CCNA / CCNP certified
- 5+ years of Cisco experience
- BA or MA in a relevant university subject
- Security: Routing, Switching, WiFi, Firewall, Load Balancer, etc.
