Human Resources Business Partner

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join one of their clients, a well renowned company. For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is immediately available.


Main responsibilities:

  • To support the Global HR BP's in the development and implementation of HR plans and processes which support the achievement of Corporate Functions strategic aims, for example
  • Coordinating and coaching of core HR processes including Talent Management, Development and Performance Management, Salary Review, Short-/Long Term Incentive
  • HR initiatives, organizational changes, recruitment, training, talent development
  • Headcount reports, org charts, personnel planning
  • To build relationships with local business leaders and line managers to understand their business, requirements and optimal organizational design
  • To act as primary local HR point-of-contact to local business leaders and employees and effectively ensuring quality and timely delivery of all HR services to meet business needs
  • To manage employees of dedicated population throughout entire employee life cycle
  • To provide advice to managers in line with local employment legislation and work with them on employee relations issues as required
  • To maintain HR tools, templates, process documentation and enable line managers on the application of HR processes, templates and policies
  • To identify, initiate and in cooperation with fellow HR Business Partners support operational HR projects and activities within HR etc


Your profile:

  • Educational degree in HR or similar
  • Previous industry related experience, international company experience, multi-cultural environment
  • +8 years experience in generalist and HR Business Partner role
  • Best practice HR partnering to deliver strong business performance
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of application of Swiss Labour law
  • Expert HR knowledge in transactional, legal, benefit and policy topics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken; German is a strong advantage

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 year contract with further option of extension
