Expert Jira / Confluence

Brief job description

• Solve tickets and service requests on Jira / Confluence.
• Configure Jira projects, workflows, boards, dashboards and automations.
• Evolve existing Jira (Java written) plugins.
• Configure Confluence spaces, templates and automations.
• Analyse project or service requirements.
• Global assistance to users.

Required experience and skills

• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
• ( configuration and automation Scripts ).
• Good knowledge of Jira configuration and automation (scripts) capabilities
• Experience using Jenkins, Nexus (or similar tools).
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence (Linux) system administration an asset
• Excellent problem solving skills, process implementation skills
• Excellent communication and partnering skills
• French, English.
