Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Ethics & Compliance Project Manager to join one of their clients, a global firm. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are seeking for an English speaking candidate who is immediately available.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted projects (or tasks) as agreed as part of Integration
• Collect regular updates from Project leads and document in reporting tool (Wave) accordingly
• Deliver regular reporting updates for the Integration Office on all Integration activities
• Act a advisor and connect Project Leads to other functions / teams for optimal execution
• Manage Integration PMO SharePoint site Help develop regular communication for GECLT and Project Leads and wider E&C Community Support other activities/actions prioritized by the E&C Integration team as needed

Your profile:

• 3-4 years E&C or other relevant professional experience, including 2 years minimum in roles working on, supporting or leading project delivery Global / international experience preferred
• Previous project management experience
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Collaborative way of working (within team and across teams), building strong, trust based networks of connections to help them get things done
• Structured and able to prioritize tasks
• English - Fluent written and spoken

Location: Zürich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8 months contract with possibility of extension
