Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Data Analyst Administrator to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support Project Manager - Develop KPI/performance dashboards to track and monitor process flow and timelines
Support in building reports and dashboards
Monitor Team Inbox
Data capture
Provide Admin support
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Proven experience of complex quantitative analysis, preferably across multiple countries or geographies;
- Proven experience of drafting clear, concise analysis and business reports;
- Attention to detail and experience with budget analysis/tracking;
- Experience in providing support to external stakeholders;
- Developing country work experience.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic file storage, data management and information retrieval;
- Excellent working knowledge in English. Knowledge of French will be an asset.
