Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer. Our client is operating in financial services industry. It is a temporary contract based in Zürich.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: until end 2020 with further possibility of contract extension

Key responsibilities:

• Actively supporting dynamic and agile Security & IAM engineering team. This refers to every phase of the product's life cycle for which you take responsibility - from evaluation, design, implementation and support to replacement
• Being part of the hub when it comes to engineering security bases for authentication, confidentiality and integrity
• Helping the team and internal customers, together with manufacturers, to select and use the best IT security products, to keep critical security data safe, to integrate secure communication protocols and to create a controlled operating environment etc

Your profile:

• Degree in computer science or business informatics
• You have several years of experience in a similar function or as a Windows or Network Security Engineer, in the IT security or financial sectors
• Fluent English, German is a plus
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, Scrum

In addition, you have either already dealt with the following topics or are on the best way to get there:

• Firewall technology and if possible, CheckPoint
• Web applications and their protection(e. Airlock WAF)
• Web and email security via Sanboxing process (e.g. FireEye)
• Remote access and VPNs (F5)
• Operating systems Linux, Windows and everything related to SSL and SSH
• PowerShell, VB, #C, .net, Java, PHP, SQL knowledge always bring advantages
