As a Customer Sales Consultant, you are:

• The flagship of Zurich for excellent customer service.
• You advise prospective customers competently on the phone, reliably carry out administrative processes and give customers the feeling that they are in good hands with you.
• As a sociable, sales-oriented personality, you enjoy the daily telephone conversation with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Advising customers over the phone and selling insurance to interested parties in the field of SMEs
• Creating offers and following up
• Processing written inquiries
• Providing competent information on insurance issues in the field of SMEs
• Constantly improving service quality

Requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance or finance industry
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and one of the following languages is a must French, Italian or English
• You are a team player who is motivated and resilient
• Friendly and goal-oriented
• You enjoy interacting with customers over the phone and have excellent communication skills
• Distinctive sales flair with high sales and advisory skills
