Main responsibilities
- Communications Business PArtner for the corporate functions Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
- The responsibility to support the management committees in the CRO and CCO functions as their primary point of contract with the development and execution of effective communication plans to roll out business initiatives, facilitate organiyational change and provide alignment to the business strategy
- The responsibility for content creation for internal communications events and cross-channel platforms, including the intranet, email and multimedia, ensuring a positive contribution to employee engagement and global alignment
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Must have 5 years' experience of corporate communication experience, with strong proven internal communications skills.
- Must have experience with planning and strategy, storytelling and skills to execute effectively, strong writing and editing skills with great attention to detail
- Must have experience with complex matrix organiyation and proven ability to work with and provide stragic counsel and pratical advice to demanding senior managements
- Have some experience with transformational /change project communications
- Have some experience with project management skills would be a plus
- Must speak English, German is a plus
