Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Business Analyst. Our client is a well-known company. It is a temporary assignment based in Zürich, with a potential extension.

Your profile:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
- +4 years as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in e-commerce, CRM and multichannel client relations
- Degree in Business Management or Engineering
- Communicative and analytical personality
- Excellent English skills, French is an advantage
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Understand Client's business and propose the best implementation using the Salesforce Service cloud as well as other tools for Client Relations Centers (Knowledge Management, telephony systems)
- Conduct requirements and solution concept workshops to structure the business needs of these solutions
- Facilitate business process analysis and automation discussions
