Are you a Solution Delivery Lead with extensive experience in the technology and infrastructure area including designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions and services specifically focused on Salesforce.com ? Do you have the Salesforce Administrator basic certification or higher ? If so this role could be for you !

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate, Solution Delivery Lead to join The Global Fund.

The Global Fund is an international organisation created to accelerate the end of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics. In partnership with governments, civil society, technical agencies, the private sector and people affected by the diseases, The Global Fund mobilizes and invests more than US$4 billion a year to support programs run by local experts in more than 100 countries.

Your role:

You will be expected to deliver high quality solutions across the application delivery lifecycle for the area they are responsible for. You will be accountable for designing technology solutions, planning, and managing solution deliveries with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Solution Delivery Lead will supervise the delivery of business solutions coordinating a team of ~3-10 consultants with an onsite, nearshore and offshore mix.

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• Advanced University Degree in information systems management, computer, engineering or a related field or an equivalent and relevant work experience
• Accreditation in a recognized project management methodology such as PMI or equivalent experience;
• Salesforce Administrator basic certification or higher.
• Extensive experience in the technology and infrastructure area including designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions and services specifically focused on Salesforce.com;
• Extensive experience with successful vendor management, including experience in developing Service Level Agreements
• Expertise in one or more technology platforms (Salesforce.com, Salesforce 3rd party applications like X-Author, Test automation tools), combined with strong process understanding and solutioning skills
• An excellent knowledge of English and preferably working knowledge of French
