On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an Assistant.

Overview of the project:

• The support of the IT Risk Management in Switzerland is a vital function to support the needs of the business in relation to their IT Risk Management, Governance and Control activities globally and beyond Information Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the central Information Technology Risk Register.
• Preparing content for the Risk Meetings.
• Planning and coordination of Risk Assessments.
• Collating and validating data for the reports and presentations.
• Collaboration with Information Technology and other Risk/Security related functions.
• Providing Risk Management process and governance documentations.

Skills:

• Practical experience in process engineering, creating presentations and reports.
• Ability to write SQL scripts
• Understanding, basic knowledge of Information Technology Risk Management, internal control systems, monitoring and designing/managing Dashboards (Tableau) and ensure the timely data collection for their contents.
• Fast comprehension, open minded with an analytical approach.
• Capability to achieve high quality and quantity work results even under time pressure
• Fluency in German and English
