Experis is currently supporting our globally-operating client within the biotech industry with their search for a Trackwise QMS Super User to support their operations at their manufacturing facility in the Solothurn region. This contract role will run a minimum of 3 months.
The role has a myriad of responsibilities including:
- Trackwise Super User: you will track KPIs and align to site metrics for QMS oversight of site deviations, CAPA and Regulatory commitments
- Support the team for site governance forums: Management review, Quality council, Data integrity and Inspection readiness
- Act as a facilitator for meetings and keep minutes/action logs
- Reviewing electronic logbooks and their audit trail review
Your specific background:
- Expert-level experience in Trackwise and Labware systems
- GMP understanding, minimum of 5 years of experience from within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent knowledge of Quality systems and commercial ops
- Strong communication skills
- Project management experience
- You must hold either a Swiss passport or have an already-existing Swiss work permit and be in-country (due to current visa restrictions)
