Ticket Consultant with fluent German

Experis IT Switzerland is in a search of a Ticket Consultant with max 2 years of experience to join one of their clients, a well renowned firm. For this temporary role based in Zurich, we are in search of a qualified professional who is available to start in a short notice.

Location: Zurich

Start Date: ASAP

Working model: 4 days home office, 1 day in the office

Duration: 12 months

You will:

  • Attend to our customers and resolves their concerns by phone (phone service to phone hotline), in writing and via chat and ensures the accessibility of INI-NET. The main contacts are private customers and internal requests
  • Use of different systems (SPAN, PTA, Connection, Clima, ISLK) for information retrieval and further processing
  • Opens necessary reference numbers or sales orders and forwards them to the responsible department in due time
  • Answer inquiries regarding planning, project planning, maintenance and servicing of the physical network infrastructure.
  • Provide general information regarding new construction, demolition as well as reconstruction of the infrastructure around the network and statuses about ongoing projects, rollout and geographical coverage according to external (e.g. engineering offices, architects, electrical planners, municipality, plants) and internal (customer consultants / customer departments).
  • Responds to complaints in consultation with Complaint INI-NET staff and ensures trouble management.
  • You will be responsible for the timely processing of e-mail, mail, fax, contact forms and chats
  • Operate the telephone hotline for network construction and independently answers inquiries about planning, projecting, maintenance as well as upkeep in the physical network infrastructure

Must have:

  • Mandatory at least 1-2 years experience in commercial environment / customer support / office / customer support center or similar.
  • Mandatory Swiss German (reason: private customers, also from rural areas)
  • Mandatory English at least A2
  • Communicative and very good in difficult conversations

Nice to have:

  • Network construction knowledge
  • FTTH knowledge
  • Knowledge of Telco
  • Italian and/or French is an advantage
