Team Leader Helpdesk Windows 2012

Mission / Rôle :

One of our clients is looking for a Team Leader Helpdesk for a dynamic company in Windows 2012 environment.

Tasks :

  • Support for 2nd level service desk tickets
  • Install and maintain IT Hardware Software and systems
  • IT Systems maintenance and migrations
  • participate in end user training
  • Reveiw existing operational procedures
  • Work on project developments for the evoluation of the service desk
  • Manage a team of 5 people

Experience / Qualifications:

- Very good skills in IT
- Experience of 5-6 years in 2nd - 3rd elvel support
- Very good technical skills in Windows 2012
- Very good skills in Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM
- Experience in teamleading
- Previous experience in financial industry
- Very good skills in English
