Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Team Assistant to join one of their clients, a multinational FMCG company, based in Geneva.

Your role will involve :-

- budget management;
- providing support to the customer on request in the field of, among other things, promotion, prices, product sampling, display material;
- providing administrative support for promotional activities/introduction of new products, logistical and price changes;
- providing administrative support for the layout and delivery of advertising material for magazines and promotions at the customer.
- providing support to the team by, among other things, mail handling, keeping track of holiday schedules / address lists / customer overviews / team organization charts;


To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have the following skills:

• Excellent command of MS Office
• Highly proficient in Excel writing formulas and consolidating data, ideally knowledge of Power BI
• Able to work with various systems;
• Affinity with fast moving consumer goods
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to organize well;
• Service and customer-oriented thinking/acting
• English and French, both written and spoken
