Support Team Leader

Location: Neuchatel

Permanent role

Our client (an International Finance company) is looking for a Support Team Leader


  • You will be responsible for the End user support for level 2 service desk tickets
  • Install, upgrade and maintain IT hardware, software and systems
  • Maintain IT validated documents and asset inventory
  • IT system maintenance and migrations
  • Review existing procedures to improve service quality
  • Assist in team management
  • Contribute to the ongoing evaluation, development and improvement of robust infrastructure

Experience required:

  • IT technical qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in installing and supporting IT systems
  • Relevant experience in end users support
  • Strong experience in Win2008 servers, win2012
  • Experience in communication and collaboration tools, video conferencing
  • Knowledge of VMware
  • English and French fluent
