Supply Planning Specialist

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Supply Planning Specialist to join one of their clients, a global firm. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are seeking for an English speaking candidate who is immediately available.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for exact and precise input and control of system entries within several AP transactions within company's plants and other entities for intercompany orders as well as customer orders
  • Handling of invoices, delivery notes, packing lists and several kinds of certificates
  • Managing and performing of special requirements in various countries, e.g. proforma invoicing, shipping instructions and country specific requirements regarding invoice layout
  • Create and maintain master data in SAP (sales views)
  • Assist in inventory reconciliations as needed
  • Supports as relevant to improve the team's KPIs and optimize the team workflow
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure continuous supply of products, coordinate tasks, and identify and contribute to improvement activities
  • Execute transactions in SAP
  • Contribute to achievement of targets for defined KPI´s
  • Contribute in preparations of new product launches as required
  • Contribute to projects as required

Your profile:

  • 2+ years od similar experience
  • University Degree or higher education
  • Basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality systems
  • Use of SAP/ECC(MM,PP module related) and SAP/APO(PP/DS) for supply chain and/or production operations
  • Familiarity with ERP Systems, such as SAP/ECC and supply planning systems such as APO
  • Highly experienced in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Able to solve complex situations and problems
  • Cultural awareness: ability to build good relationships across cultures internally and externally, nationally and internationally

  • Team player
  • Results-oriented
  • Structured and able to prioritize tasks
  • English - Fluent written and spoken

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 year renewable contract
