Are you a Project Support Specialist with professional experience gained within a multinational and multicultural environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO) ? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Strategic Initiatives Support Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

Main Tasks and Deliverables:

• assessing existing operational approaches and processes, conduct analysis and identify process bottlenecks from an end-to-end perspective across the Strategic Initiative life-cycle;
• develop guiding principles / process map for the design, management and monitoring of Strategic Initiatives to ensure rigor, consistency and criteria for differentiation, recognizing the unique nature of each workstream;
• support the implementation of change management and preparation for roll-out / operationalization in the next allocation period.
• Expected deliverables from this assignment will include process maps, operational policy notes and standard operating procedure for end -to-end process

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree
• Proven project management experience
• Experience independently drafting and finalizing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and design tools (i.e. Visio or similar)
• Advance knowledge of MS Office and particularly Visio
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Written and Spoken fluency in English is required, Fluency in French is an asset
