On behalf of our client, a global procurement solutions company, we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist - Legal Services, who is eager to join a young and dynamic team in Zurich to help lead assigned sourcing initiatives in the Legal Services area.
Required Skills & Experience:
- University degree in law or economics (Bachelor or Master)
- Minimum 5 years work experience in strategic procurement in an international work environment
- An engaged personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven in managing (Senior-) Stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Team player and high Social competences
- Excellent tool knowledge MS-Office
Responsibilities:
- Leading assigned sourcing initiatives in the Sourcing Area Legal Services
- Ensuring and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners
- Preparation and implementation of tendering initiatives
- Coordinate and ensure commercial, technical and legal requirements, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts
- Managing suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Contributing to sourcing strategies and sourcing area plans by delivering agreed annual procurement targets
- Analysis and development of suppliers
- Proactive development of the process landscape in the department
- Cooperation with our teams in different countries
- Ensuring the definition, implementation and optimization of corporate standards
